    • Shipping costs for exchanges (except in the case of defective products) are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Final Sale Items

      By making a purchase on our store, you agree to our Refund & Exchange Policy as outlined above. We do not accept chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

      • Any chargeback filed without giving us the opportunity to address the concern will be disputed with proof of order confirmation, tracking details, and delivery confirmation.

      • Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft and may result in the suspension of your account, denial of future purchases, and potential legal action.
